Telegram coaching is for one on one support through the Telegram app via texting and voice notes Monday through Friday 9am-6pm for one month. You can text after hours and weekends and I will respond during the hours stated here. Healing happens in real time when you are being present with yourself and noticing when experiences happen so you can better understand yourself. This practice can help you to better self lead and self coach yourself when real time life experiences are happening throughout your day. It will also help you to hone in on your communication skills with others.Imagine 1:1 inspiration as you go about your day. Move beyond internal barriers quicker. Ask any question that comes into your mind as you go about your day. Get real time support when moving through triggers or something uncomfortable. Get a perspective shift in real time. Bring more of your conscious awareness into your behaviors and patterns. Stop, reflect and gain clarity. Simple progress tracking. Message search option. Practices and homework if requested. This helps you to better self lead and hone in on your communication skills.
